Graduated in Law, she developed a long experience in the infrastructure and financial sectors. She began her activity in the sector of construction, major public works and infrastructures. Luisa owns Todini Finanziaria Spa, a holding company active in the renewables (as partner of Green Arrow Capital), agriculture, wine, accommodation and real estate businesses. She is Chairman of Net Insurance Spa (insurtech company). Moreover, she is President of Comitato Leonardo, association promoting made in Italy abroad, Honorary Chairman of Italy-Russia Dialogue Forum, whose aim is to promote the relationships between peoples of the two Countries. Chairman of Agronetwork, an association founded by Confagricoltura, LUISS and Nomisma for the development and innovation of the agri-food chain in Italy and abroad. She is Supervisory Board independent Director of Rothschild & Co. From May 2019 she is Board Member of Fondazione Fabbrica Solidale onlus (created by Confindustria to support companies hit by seismic events). Among her past appointments: MEP (1994-99), President of FIEC – European Contractors Industry Federation (2010-12), Board Director of RAI Spa (July 2012 – November 2014), Chairman of Poste Italiane Spa (May 2014 – April 2017) and of Poste Insieme Foundation (April 2015 – May 2017).

Stefano Russo is Green Arrow Vice Chairman since 2015. He joined Renaissance Institutional Management UK in 2005 as CEO. Prior to this, he spent 13 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Managing Director, heading the European and Middle East institutional business. From 1988 to 1993, he worked at ING Milan as Chief Investment Officer of the asset management division. He worked for Continental Grain Company in New York, from 1980 to 1987, where he was vice president, senior trader of the proprietary trading division. Stefano holds an MBA from New York University, Stern Graduate School of Business and a BA in Engineering and Architecture from Rome University. He was on the Board of Directors of Kairos Partners, Anima Asset Management, Fabrica Immobiliare, and Clessidra Capital Partners. He also devotes time to Graduate Education as a member of the Executive Board of New York University.

Eugenio de Blasio is the Founder and Major shareholder of the Green Arrow Capital group. Entrepreneur and Manager, he is the Chairman of the parent company Green Arrow Capital SpA, Managing Director of the Italian Management Platform (Green Arrow Capital Sgr) and the Luxembourg platform (Radiant). He graduated cum Laude in Economics at the University La Sapienza of Rome; Eugenio has an extensive experience in the financial sector, in Telecommunications, in Energy and Digital Infrastructures and in the professional advisory business. After a first job in London in 1993 in a Large Investment Banking corporation, he continued his career as a Top Manager of listed companies and private equity funds. He was the Former Vice President of Assosolare, Board Member and responsible for the internationalization of Assorinnovabili (the largest European renewable energy association). He was Former Deputy CEO of Greentech Energy Systems A / S listed on the Nasdaq Omx and Chief Executive Officer of the GWM Renewable Energy group, having among the shareholders Banca Intesa San Paolo and Pirelli. Daniele has vast hands on experience within the private industry as well as financial institutions. After graduating cum laude from Rome University, he started as a manager in a new Telecom Local Exchange Carrier. Thereafter, Daniele was Partner of a consulting firm within the telecom sector. From 2001 to 2006, he covered a number of key roles in primary Italian financial institutions, including M.P.S. and Banca Intesa, with responsibilities mainly in strategy and business development. He has been Deputy Managing Director of Mediterranean Development (a financial institution focused on promoting Infrastructure projects in the Mediterranean). Daniele was also co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Greentech Energy Systems and Managing Director of GWM Renewable Energy Spain.

Alessandro owns a degree in Economics at Glasgow University and a Master Degree in Micro Economics at the University of Cambridge. Prior to such experience, he started his professional career in London as a consultant for Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting (1995-2000). Following Alessandro has been a Director of H3G Italy, the mobile arm of the Hutchinson Whampoa Group (3 mobile), where he has been overseeing the finance activities as Deputy CFO. He has been an executive Director with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) since 2008, where he has been Board member of all the Italian subsidiaries (Borsa Italiana and other 6 subsidiaries) and CFO. While at LSEG he has also been Chairman of GlobeSettle, a company of the London Stock Exchange Group active in the post trade sector in Luxembourg. Alessandro’s experience has been mainly in strategic planning, M&A and financial support to decision making in start-up companies in the financial and technology sector as well as financial control in regulated entities.

Born in Varese, Italy on 16 May 1968, started his career in 1997 in the Employment Agency industry under the name of Temporary S.p.A. in Milan and opened his first agency in Varese. In 2001, he was asked by a group of businessmen to guide the launch of a new Employment Agency and contribute towards the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, he helped Openjob S.p.A. rapidly grow by means of a series of acquisitions, the last of which Metis that allows the born of Openjobmetis in January 2012. On 27 December 2008 he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Knight of the Italian Republic). On 14 February, he was appointed as Chairman of Assosomm, Italian Association of Employment Agencies. In 2015 he was awarded the 2015 Professional Award from the Rotary Club Varese Ceresio, and the next year he was included among the 100 most influential personalities in the world of the staffing industry in the prestigious “European Staffing 100 list 2016” list. He is a member of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Ex Alumni association of the Liuc University of Castellanza.
