STRATEGY AND FUND
The Green Arrow Private Debt fund arises from new credit market conditions in Italy and in particular from the requirements of mid-market companies of financing their growth. Current credit regulations, combined with high credit market volatility, create a structural supply and demand imbalance for medium term financing.
Green Arrow’s objective is to create the first credit fund dedicated to the Italian market that can lend directly to midmarket companies providing them with medium-term credit facilities tailored to specific borrowers’ needs.
The Fund seeks investments having an Enterprise Value comprised between € 50-500 Mln – arranged by the Fund itself (Primary transactions) or by leading arrangers in the relevant leveraged finance markets (Secondary transactions).
The Fund predominantly invests in Senior Secured loans and Unitranche; Bonds and Subordinated debt will also be considered on an a case by case basis.
Target current return: 5%. The Fund is not leveraged.

With over 40 years’ experience in direct lending, he was member of Credit Commettee at Intesa San Paolo. Currently Director in Banca IMI and IMI Investimenti.
Galeazzo Scarampi
With over 30 years’ experience in Private Equity, he joined Green Arrow Capital SGR in 2005. During his career he was responsible for the investments for Investor AB in Asia and for IFI/Exor USA.

Over two years experience as financial analyst in a Private Debt fund managed by Zenit SGR. He previously worked at Pricewaterhousecoopers as Junior Auditor and Credit Analyst in a Non Performing Loans management company.
Galeazzo Scarampi

With over 30 years’ experience in Private Equity, he joined Green Arrow Capital SGR in 2005. During his career he was responsible for the investments for Investor AB in Asia and for IFI/Exor in USA.
